Once I saw just like a dream,
Changing colours, mist and scream.
You made music, played up real
We all danced and smiled, you cloud feel.
You were the second for them all
But somehow number one to me
Their eyes followed his direction
How foolishly I wished you were there for me.
Because…
When I saw you in the light,
You were already a star.
A star out of reach for me,
Just star rovers would reach that far.
When I came closer, you gave me a smile,
You caught my eyes and lingered for a while.
And I finally saw you played twice,
Played your music and played with my eyes.
The mood in the air was so high
We all sang, moved side to side
And I was so close to you
But still still still still so far too.
Because…

And since you’ll always ever shine.

Happy moments had to go.
Thrown back to the silent world
Cos you were gone for good, oh no!
You fulfil one little picture in my head,

Why couldn’t we together be?
